HR Manager (m/f)

at the earliest possible date at Kaltenkirchen and Norderstedt (Hamburg metropolitan area)

Your responsibilities:

  • Acts as an internal consultant and business partner for coaching managers and resolving employee issues and hiring projects for a set of functions and EMEAI locations

  • Adapts, develops and/or implement appropriate human resource structures, tools policies and processes to support the business strategy. Executes performance review, merit review, talent review, and other regional or global processes and act as strategic coordinator for the recruitment strategy with HQ

  • Initiates and sustains strong, trust-based relationships, with general manager(s), directors, senior management, peers and Corporate and manage the relation with works councils and related activities

  • Supervise a defined group of HR employees (Generalists, Specialists and other assigned positions)

  • Responsible for data accuracy in all HR systems

  • Plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR department and 1-3 years of experience as a leader

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field of study

  • Experience in applying HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations

  • Knowhow in influencing decision making to drive results for the business

  • Making tough decisions and delivering difficult messages with professionalism and poise

  • Effective communication, using both verbal and written formats in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to the audience

  • Experience in supporting an employee and leader base over 300 that is dispersed across multiple countries

  • Business partnering with multiple corporate level departments, such as Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
