Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting the customer quality engineering activities within the department.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Acts as the customer liaison for compliance to customer quality requirements and customer satisfaction
Monitor and track customer quality data
Responsible for root cause corrective action (RCCA) and verify implementation of Corrective actions. Ensure RCCA’s meet internal and customer requirements.
Monitor and report on customer scorecards
Supports continual improvement efforts both internally and externally
Initiate purges and ensure containment is taken within 48 hours
Assists in the writing and reviewing of technical and performance specifications, quality plans, sampling plans, and inspections procedures
Support compliance to Quality Management System procedures. Assist in internal and Customer audits.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related field of study
0-2 year's of related work experience
Advanced MS Office skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree
2-4 year's of related work experience
Six Sigma certification
Certifications in ASQ-CQE-CQA
Knowledge of FAA regulations
