KLX Inc Material Handler (Certified Operator UTC) in Miami (10K), Florida
Performs tasks related to the order fulfilment of our unique customer base. Achieve and maintain a zero defect rate by interpreting specific customer requirements; special packaging, data entry integrity via external web portal, and product knowledge. Verify orders are filled, packaged, and shipped adhering to specific customer requirements (TCR). Communicates cross functionally.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Recognize and adhere to Special Customer Requirements (as applicable)
•Enter and verify data entered on customer portal. Review and correct data as needed against KLX ERP system data
•Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standard work; recommending process improvements as identified.
•Process Orders and update KLX ERP System and/or Customer Portal
•Perform Outbound Quality Inspection (if applicable)
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
•Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs and manage cartons in excess of 50 lbs utilizing available safety tools.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
MUST MEET CERTIFIED OPERATOR GUIDELINES
•Must have at least 1 years experience in Operations/Warehouse with KLX
•Must be a KLX employee
•Received a 3.0 or greater on latest PRP with no disciplinary actions within the past 12 months
•Must be able to speak and write English proficiently
•Zero customer escapes for at least 6 months and meets daily production requirements
•Approval from Operation and Quality Leadership
•Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to manage cartons in excess of 50 lbs utilizing available safety tools.
Strong knowledge of the English language, reading, writing and verbal communication.
•Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.
•Able to work in a cross functional team environment
